Avon Rewards is a quarterly programme and it’s based on your quarterly sales. Smash your sales over three months and get the best benefits possible for the next three months! Those benefits include getting a discount level which is fixed for your sales over the three months too – giving you the opportunity to grow your earnings and keep top discounts for longer! We want you to have lots of time to shine, that’s why we add up your sales over a quarter to decide your Avon Rewards level for the next quarter. Our quarters are spring (January, February, March), summer (April, May, June), autumn (July, August, September) and winter (October, November, December). You can see the sales target for each level in the table below.
Here’s an example, Joanne has quarterly sales of £800 in spring. She’s therefore a Gold Star in the summer quarter and earns Gold Star benefits in April, May and June – including a fixed 25% discount on her sales in that quarter.
Your discount is based on your Avon Rewards level – the higher your level, the higher your discount! We add up your sales over a quarter to give you a Rewards level. You then get that Rewards level discount on all your sales in the next quarter. Working across a quarter gives you longer to smash your sales, make the most of the seasons, then keep the benefits and discounts for longer too! It gives you the flexibility to run your business the way you want. You might take a holiday, but then still have lots of time to push your sales over the rest of the quarter.
To keep it simple, your discount will apply across all your sales in a quarter (except First Look where it is 30% for all Reps).
• Quarterly sales between £1 and £249 – you’ll be a Bronze Star and get 15% discount in the next quarter
• Quarterly sales between £250 and £549 – you’ll be a Silver Star and get 20% discount in the next quarter
• Quarterly sales between £550 and £1,299 – you’ll be a Gold Star and get 25% discount in the next quarter
• Quarterly sales between £1,300 – £3,499 – you’ll be a Platinum Star and get 30% discount in the next quarter
• Quarterly sales over £3,500 – you’ll be a VIP Star and get 32% discount in the next quarter
As an Avon Sales Leader, you will be running your own Avon business by recruiting, training and supporting your own team of Avon Representatives.
